Investments and Policies

Policies & Guidelines

Group Lessons

  • Withdrawal: Students may withdraw at any time by completing the Withdrawal Form in their customer portal. This notifies Accounting, the teacher, and the office.

     

  • Tuition: Monthly fees are based on a 10-month program (September-June). Example: $78 × 10 months = $780 total tuition.

     

  • Billing: Charges are incurred September through June. Students beginning mid-month will be prorated.

     

  • Makeups: Students may schedule a makeup in an age- and level-appropriate class. Requests must be made at least 2 days in advance by phone or email.

     

    • No makeups are offered for Productions, Dance Company, or Adult Classes.

       

    • Advanced Dance Company students may only makeup in Technique (if offered).

       

  • Enrollment Requirement: Students must be currently enrolled to qualify for makeups. All makeups must be completed by June 1.

     

Recitals

  • Dance Recital (June only): Students are automatically enrolled. A deadline to OPT OUT will be provided with paperwork. Opt out through your portal announcement page.

     

  • Theater and Music Recitals (December & June): Same opt-out procedure as above.

     

VIP Registration (Following Year)

  • Offered in April at 50% off the annual registration fee to hold your spot.

     

  • Families are notified in advance of the charge and provided a deadline to OPT OUT.

     

Recital Costs

  • Tickets: Approximately $18 each (on sale ~2 weeks before recital).

     

  • Recital Fee: DANCE: Approximately $135, which includes costumes, fees, and awards for all participants. MUSIC and THEATR: Approximately $85.00

     

  • Tickets:  Approximately$18.00 per person

Adult Classes

  • Monthly tuition covers 3 paid classes + 1 free class per month.

     

  • No makeups are offered.

     

  • Drop-in rate available (see Adult Class page).

     

Summer Sessions & Productions

  • Withdrawal: Same as regular year—submit Withdrawal Form via portal.

     

  • Billing:

     

    • Summer sessions are charged as a lump sum for the full session.

       

    • Productions are billed in 3 payments: at the first class, then the 1st of the next 2 months.

       

  • Makeups: No makeups are offered for sessions or productions.

     

  • Productions: Students provide some base costume items (e.g., jazz shoes). Additional costumes are supplied from our costume room.

     

  • Tickets: Approximately $18 each, sold 2 weeks prior to the show.

     

Private Lessons

  • Weekly scheduled classes. Teacher and room are reserved for the student.

     

  • MUSIC: Courtesy makeup offered once every 3 months.

     

  • MUSIC: Lessons include music theory study and are 1-hour sessions.

     

Communication

All school updates and notices are:

  • Emailed directly to families. Check your spam or your customer portal for emails if you have not received any from us. 

     

  • Posted on the school bulletin boards

     

  • Accessible in your Customer Portal (emails also archived there for reference)
